Dress Like Chica iPhone App. Review: Love It!

Submitted by on December 5, 2009 – 12:50 PMNo Comment

My sons love Sprout, and they especially love Chica!  Who couldn’t love a yellow, friendly bird!  I have said before how much of a pro he is with my iPod Touch, so I was thrilled when I saw that their was a Chica application!

Dress Like Chica lets your child take a photo from your photo gallery and put it as Chica’s face!  To re-size the photo you just pinch your fingers and move it into the framing circle., Aidan has no problem doing this!  You can add accessories like hats, scarves, more by dragging the items onto your character.  You can shake the iPhone/iPod Touch to hear Chica chirp and make your Chica design dance!  It is super easy to chance clothes and there are plenty of combination’s of items to keep your child happy.  When your done, you can save the picture and send it as a postcard to email to friends and family.  Updates of outfits are also added from time to time.

If you want to get a feel for how the app works, there is a free version called Dress Chica which is the same program, except it doesn’t have the ability to use your own photos and customize them.  Using our family and friends photos is Aidan’s favorite part as he thinks its funny to see one of us dressed like Chica!

BUY IT:  You can buy Dress Like Chica through the iTunes Store for $0.99!
