My weight management tips would be to plan menus ahead including healthy snacks because it makes it easier not to overeat or binge eat. I try to stay sugar free or very low sugar, stay way from processed foods, eat lots of fiber (and the Fiber One bars are excellent btw) and fresh fruits and vegetables. TY for the giveaway!

My newest strategy is to take healthy snacks and lunch to work with me and I am not allowed to leave until I go to the company fitness center and walk a minimum of 2 miles on the treadmill. Once I get in there its fun and I usually do more.
