Okay maybe you noticed or not but my blog was done today practically all morning.  I was literally freaking out and I didn’t even have time to work on it because I had to take Aidan to school and then I signed Gavin up for a class at the library. 

So anyways I don’t know if it was a Google problem or a problem with the person who is hosting part of my blog, but either way I was frantically googling and trying to fix it.  I ended up figuring out that the guy that changed my blogger blog to a wordpress-like blog was still hosting some images and files and so I had to figure out how to upload files (not images) to my blog and then add pictures to photobucket and then change all the code.  Yeah, pain in the butt!

So anyways I have been thinking of switching to WordPress for awhile and my friend Kassie over at Southern Bellas Ways to Save has made the switch so I think I am going to copy of her and go for it!  Now it sucks because it does cost about $10 a month, while Blogger is free, but I am hoping it helps me with downtime, loading time, and suppossedly it will even increase my search engine ratings.  So we shall see.  I am so scared of switching because I have heard horror stories of people loosing followers, subscribers, posts, and comments, but my husband said I can have some alone time tommorow night to work on this, so I now have a date tommorow night with WordPress.  Hopefully we make it past 3rd base!  I am hoping that everything goes smoothly and you ladies (and guys) don’t see too much construction but bear with me and email me or comment with any suggestions or issues!
